What is the DCCW X Rapha Indoor Winter Training Camp all about?


The Indoor Camp is 6 Weeks of Structured Indoor Training featuring Wahoo Kickrs and Zwift. Doors open at 605AM and the session will start at 630AM sharp. Sessions will vary between 55 minutes and 75 minutes,


I’ve never used a kickr, help!
Don’t worry, the first week of Camp is “orienatation week” - we’ll show you how to set up your Kickr, pair it, join the group, and get rolling….

What is my FTP?
FTP is functional threshold power, which measures your ability to generate a certain power output for a theoretical hour of effort. This will provide a baseline for the rest of the training camp, and will be updated mid-indoor season.

Can my team / friends share an unlimited pass?
Yes! Team option available: reserve 1 Kickr for use by any member of your team for the 6 week session.

Do I need a Zwift Account?
Yes! *RCC members receive discounted Zwift account and can unlock an RCC kit here: https://www.rapha.cc/us/en_US/rcc/partners

Do I need an iphone/ipad
Yes! Bring your iphone / ipad to each session! Need a stand? Let us know.

When are the sessions and how are they structured?

1. Ensure your bike is in excellent working condition the night *before* your session:
 your bike must be clean, free of all dirt
your chain must be clean and lubed with high quality lube.

1. Arrive between 6 and 615am 😳


2. Have coffee ☕️


3. Find your dedicated kickr; 


4. Remove your rear wheels and mount your bike


5. Open your Zwift app on your iphone/ipad


6. Pair your Kickr unit


7. Join the Zwift meet up


8. Start spinning to warm up


9. Your ride leader will start the ride and provide instruction - just like any RCC ride.


10. Have fun!
